This policy addresses how Apollo Elementary School PTA handles personal information that Apollo PTA collects and receives, including information related to your past use of Apollo PTA services. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, that is not otherwise publicly available.

Information Collection and Use
• Apollo PTA automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, Apollo PTA
   cookie information, and the page you request.

• Apollo PTA may use this information for the following general purposes: to tailor the advertising and content you see, inform you about new
   and unread items, improve our services, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.

• Our web logs store web log entries for each page served, including IP address, page URL, and timestamp.

• If Apollo PTA goes out of business we will not sell or otherwise make your personal information available to any entity.

• We use e-mail relay to prevent address harvesting and spam.
