Multicultural Night
Mark your calendars!
The Multicultural Night is
coming to Apollo on Friday,
February 10,
2012, from 6:00pm-8:00pm. With just a
few months to go, it's time to
start planning.
Have a family recipe to share?
Did you enjoy creating the
cultural dolls and display
boards last year? Is there a
neat tradition your family has
started way back when? Can you
family speak another language
besides English? Do you know
musicians, dancers or other
types of ethnic performers to
invite? Have you taken a recent
trip to your country of origin
and have some textiles, musical
instruments, crafts, maps,
flags, currency or photos that
would introduce your culture to
Apollo students? Would you like
to meet and team up with Apollo
families with the same ethnic
background as yours?
If celebrating your culture and
country of origin with others is
something that interests you,
please consider being part of
Apollo's third annual
Multicultural Night!
