This is your opportunity to meet your child’s teacher, visit his/her classroom, learn about the curriculum, classroom procedures and meet the rest of the Apollo staff.  This will not be a time for individual parent conferences due to the time allotted and confidentiality of discussing personal information in the presence of others.  You may contact your child’s teacher to address individual concerns at a later time.  Parents of children in FDK-5th Grades can sign up for parent-teacher conferences to be held on November 10th and 12th.  AM/PM Kindergarten conferences will be scheduled at a later time.

Preschool, AM Kindergarten, Full Day Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grades
Classroom Sessions: 6:00-7:00 p.m.
The Title I (formerly BEL) teacher will be available in Room 210 30 minutes prior to classroom sessions and 15 minutes after.

September 18, 2008
PM Kindergarten, 3rd, 4th, 5th Grades
Classroom Sessions: 6:00-7:00 p.m.
The Title I (formerly BEL) teacher will be available in Room 210 30 minutes prior to classroom sessions and 15 minutes after.
Specialists: Music, PE, Library will be available this evening
Specialty: LRC II

PTA will be available during the evening to answer questions, allow volunteer sign-ups, accept joining members, etc.
An opportunity will be provided for you to stop by the computer lab to sign up to be a part of the Apollo ENews.  This will allow you to receive e-news messages as they are sent out this school year.
